UK: Landlords insurance for DSS tenants? - how much is dss insurance
Can anyone recommend an assurance that DSS offers a good rental tenants? I have some insurance online, but the quotes are astronomical!

We had to change if we rented our house and were very helpful. Also, make sure that your rent to pay, because in spite of our DSS tenants pay their own income are considered as top-up question. The Council has to pay for it, then we do not pay classified as DSS, even if they are, if you know what I mean.
However, HSBC have been really helpful. (Sorry for the repetition)
Probably they are all real estate agents, they also heal as long as all the connections (managed lease), but they want a percentage. Listen to wise up.
