If the property address on a residential lease agreement is incorrect, does that make the lease null and void? - residential lease agreements forum

Or it could leave a blank for a leasing transaction. The address does not exist.

Not generally treated like any other typographical errors. The only reason to come into play if you have the location of the property do not agree, not the validity of the signatures.

No, no. As the owner and the tenant signed the lease is a binding contract.

Maybe. I want to read the contract, to be sure. If there is a clause in the lease agreement is the separability probably valid.
